10 (5 working down to tempo 8:07, 7:17, 6:55, 6:38, 6:32) + (5 recovery 9:02, 8:56, 9:10, 8:59, 9:04) Wanted a mix of speed and recovery for tonight.. opening 5 to remind the legs they know how to boogie.. back 5 to start the recovery process for Friday's race. 49.4 miles combined for the last 4 days with a good mix of MP, easy hills, recovery & tempo runs.
